When oh when will the weight start to come off! Been watching what I eat, working out and very active now for at least 2 months and nothing. I fluctuate a couple of pounds either way on any given week. I know they say you will lose inches first but even that is just now starting to happen.
The pants are looser in the legs and maybe a little in the stomach but that's it. For someone who is very impatient this is getting very dicouraging.
I know I sound negative and I am not giving up but just starting the week a little discouraged!
