I love it. After a week of pain and laziness, I got up and did my 20 minutes of low impact aerobics. Whoa. 20 minutes are awesome. i sweated, i stink, my hips are burning. I did it! I feel great. Sore but great. The energy was good and I didn't push myself. In no time it was done. it seems like in high school 20 minutes was a lot longer. I feel great. Yay for me.
