Blowing it

So the good news is, I got down to 130!!! I was sooo freaking excited to see that, and know that I only had 5lbs to my goal (and about 2 weeks, at that time). Woo hoo!

Then, vacation happened. I actually did quite well and only splurged when we had fried catfish and shrimp (and seriously, those were so good that there's no way I would have passed them up) and when Amber made homemade chocolate cake. But, I think it was the couple days following my vacation when I didn't give a crap. ;) Yeah, deprived myself of Ding-Dongs for sooo long now, but couldn't pass up the TWO sitting in my fridge drawer. And I gave in. Twice. (So good though!) Now I feel like I'm back on track, but I really don't want to start over. I think I'm about 132 now, which still isn't too bad, but I'm just kicking myself because I did so well and was so disciplined, and now I've taken two steps back. Well, I'm sure a big part of it as well is that I didn't work out while I was in Arkansas. We went for a walk one day and hiking on another (which really got my heart going on the way back up), but it was just too cold to ever get out and jog or anything.

Okay, enough complaining. Tomorrow is a new day and I WILL get to my goal. Probably won't be by Valentine's Day which bites, but I can't give up.

Which means I need to work out today!! Haven't worked out in over a week!
