Back to Back Pain

I'm going to be good this time around. Take it easy. Make sure my back is really, really healed before I move back in to exercise. Even standing for an extended period of time is wearing on my back the last two days. And I will watch what goes in my mouth - unlike what I did today. May God give me strength - cuz I don't have it on my own!

    You can do this! You have the strength deep down inside. Just hang onto that. If you can't exercise because of back pain, you can definitely watch what you eat.
