Starting my 6h year.....I was trying to think what else I can do or should do to make my plan better...the only thing I can come up with is do more exercise things that are fun..things that are more away from more variety of foods.....get out more and see more of the world.
I'm trying to keep busy so this is all for tonight..

    I think you're on to something. Doing fun things for exercise, like riding a bike outside, skating, skiing, tennis, or swimming.

    The only thing I can suggest is signing up for a 5K race or a duathlon or something like that. It would shake up your routine for sure! And congrats on starting year #6. You are awesome!!!
