I am ashamed of my eating habits. It is reflecting with the way I feel, the way my clothes fit and what the scale shows. As a turning point, I am keeping a notebook for journalizing, tracking my fitness and food consumption. Now that my schedule is a little bit lighter, it should be easier and less stressful. Not to mention more ME time, finally!
I have one month until my first 20K run therefore I WILL keep on track with my running schedule in order to perform the best to my ability.
I WILL put 100% effort into my morning cross training workouts.
I WILL keep my eating habits clean so I feel good mentally and physically. Even if I do eating something not healthy, I need to be honest with myself and write it down.
So the journey begins to a new healthy and happy Jamie!
