E ~ EAT your freggies at least 5 a day to get 5 points a day (20 max)
A ~ ACTIVATE your heart with intentional cardio or strength training at least 30 min a day to get 5 points a day (20 max)
M ~ MOM, send your team Mom a note or Goodie thanking her for supporting us (20 points for one time)
BONUS ~ Participate in each area at least once for 20 BONUS points (20 points)
