On the right track

Tuesday, May 10, 2011

Well, my fellow Sparks, I am so glad to report that I am back to being a loser again. I have changed my attitude about weight loss and myself and this has opened up some real positive changes in my life. I decided to stop hating what I have been seeing in the mirror. I see this beautiful and intelligent woman staring back at me and saying to myself..."darling, you are just a lovely work in progress!" I have been practicing and applying positive thinking in everything I do and it's been magical how this is working for me. I am attracting more positive people and things to myself. And for two weeks in a row I have lost pounds...2 pounds per week actually! I am not focusing on the weight that I am right now and not thinking negatively about it. I am happy and proud of who I am right now! Its all about feeling confident in your own skin so I think I am onto something. I am grateful for this body and all the things it can do. There are other people who aren't so lucky so I have found a renewed appreciation for myself. It all comes down to loving yourself and who you are! Once you do that, then eating better and exercising more just fit right in when you love yourself. I really think that losing weight starts with your soul and your mind. If we can focus on what truly makes us happy and feeling good the rest will follow suit. I am going to keep this up and see where this wonderful journey is taking me!

Thanks to all of my Sparkfriends out there too for all of the support and guidance that we have are all beautiful and wonderful too!
