A short blog this morning..
In the struggle to reach your goal weight, take time to enjoy your efforts..This is something I need to learn...I tend to be very rigid, I want things to be perfect...I want to be perfect....But the truth.. no one or anything is really perfect....so praise your self every day for the good thing and forget the rest...find ways to make small changes that you can stick with and also find people who give you positive comments, people who want you to reach your goals as much as you do....sometimes that is not easy, but live and reaching goals is so much easier when you have a good support system..That's why I think sparkpeople helps so many of us.....everyone wants to succeed and it sure is easier when you have cheer leaders in your corner...so find friends and family who will support you especially through the rough times and lets face it we all have rough times.....
Join a few of the wonderful sparkteams, there are so many good people who, want to help. I find by helping others it helps me too.....

So I'm feeling way better today, guess yesterday was the day my body wanted to rest ....resting is as important as going full steam a head......
so the wind is blowing really nasty this morning....I sure wish it would stop...

make your list of things that went well today and safe for those times when your wondering if it's all worth it....

    Glad you're feeling better today! I am as well...so I think our bodies were telling us loud and clear that we needed a rest day.

    Are you getting any moisture down your way? We had rain and snow this morning, rain all day, and now it's snowing again. Thankful for the moisture, and sure wishing I could ride at the same time. It's blowing like crazy up here tonight, too. Very tired of the wind, I am!!!
