I'm happy it's Thursday, the week did go by fast but I had a tired feeling this week, when I got home from work I was just so tired..not sure why except I have not been sleeping real good. I seem to have periods when no matter what I do I just can't sleep, I wake during the night and can't go back to sleep....it hard to exercise when your tired....
this cycle might be as a result of me being off work for a week and having family here..We did do a lot of sight seeing and maybe I just was more worn out from it all than I thought.....any way this morning I do feel a bit better and will see how I feel at 4 when I get off work......
I'm going to try and tackle the new camera and new external hard drive that I installed to keep my pictures on, if you don't know when I got the new laptop, I lost all the old photos ...Gary destroyed the old hard drive thinking I saved the photos to cd's
so we are going to not keep them on the laptop and I have too learn this new system....
so it is a busy time for me....
Well not what I expcted to blog about but it just came out.

Thanks for all the replys to my blogs, I think sharing feelings and info help us all keep going with this journey...I have been struggling again with the desire for sweets, cookies, candy etc, so wondering if its how my body reacts to being tired....it all seems to rear it's ugly head when I am off my energy....

well off to work I must go.

    I think you're onto something with the connection between being too tired and craving sweets. I know I have that problem. I'm starting to recognize it faster so I can be more successful in fighting it. Keep a log or something when you have cravings and see if you're tired when it happens. That might be your trigger.

    Hope you start sleeping better soon. It truly is a drag when you can't sleep!

    emoticon Kitt, I've read that the body does crave sweets/carbs when tired to get energy. Hope you catch up on your rest & feel perkier soonest. Even though tired, so glad u had such a wonderful time to spend with family!

    Kitt I am sleeping better than ever before I take melatonon PLUS with my night time snack and I sleep well. I would do even better if i did not Soark till midnight. That must stop soon. I really like to be in bed by 10pm and up at 6am but doing this changed things. I did see an article on Spark suggesting melatonin is useful and since melatonin is in our bodies it is OK to take. I use SCHIFF brand MELATONIN with 25 mg THEANINE.
    It promotes stress relief and a sounder sleep and I always wake up raring to go, I am a morning person. Good sleep is really important to good body and mind function.
