STRONGend challenge #5 5/13 thru 5/16: M.E.L.T. those pounds away!

ME - Invest in Yourself with some ME TIME each day! Take at least 15 minutes for YOU (10 pts)

EXERCISE - You need to move it to lose it! (5pts for each 20 min of intentional exercise. 20pts max per day)

LOG - Every bite of food you take in (5pts for logging. 5 more pts for staying in range)

TONE - Cardio is only half the battle (5 pts for each 10 min of ST. 20pts max per day)

Maximum points of 60 points per day, 240 for Challenge.
