Continue to track calories in and calories out,
as well as consume 80+ oz H2O daily and WIN daily.

In addition MAX OUT your EXERCISE and your TONE portions of the challenge. That means a minimum of 80 FM daily for all four days, of which 40FM daily should be focused on TONING. ~~ Don't ST/Tone the same areas of your body on consecutive days!!!
