Hey guys,
Another day. Yesteriday was a pretty successful day. Well until exercising made me hungry as a horse! lol. I did fix something and went over calories. But, I am coming to the realization that I have to be more careful with calories for things like that. (slow learner I guess lol).
I'm doing much better with calories today. No exercise as I rest a day in between until I can get the hang of it again. My knees called me every dirty word in the book last night during and after that 45 minute walk lol.
92 in my kitchen and anyone say double yuck on cooking and eating. Ha ha, just texted a friend I would kill for takeout--good thing we are broke lol
Lazy today, just basically worked on my business plan for class. I was smart and figured a business that would make doing a plan easier on me.

    Good idea to rest. PLEASE, please take care of those knees!
    I do wish I could send you some of our weather, rainy and cool right now, weird for us.
    As for the hunger, you might try a post workout protein shake, I have done that before and it helps.

    You should rest a couple days a week at least anyway.

    Your body needs some calores after a workout; I try to get a protein shake or bar after each workout so I'm not just burning sugar.
