The Roaring Red Rocketeers have challenged us to do the 10 challenge this weekend!!
The 10 Challenge:
10 oz glass of water (1 point for each 8 - 10 oz consumed, daily max 10 points)
10 reps of any ST (1 point per set of 10 ST moves, daily max 10 points)
10 minutes of cardio (1 point per 10 minutes of exercise that keeps the heart rate up, daily max 10 points)
10 minutes for me (10 points for spending 10 minutes on your own needs--self care, meal planning, journaling, etc; daily max 10 points)
Daily Total Possible: 40 points daily max
STRONGend Total Possible: 160 total maximum points!
