Whew, I made it!

Calories: 1875 (over)
Fat: 60 (over)
Sat. Fat: 21 (good)
Carbs: 268 (over)
Protein: 69 (good)
Exercise: 5 minutes

Weight: emoticon 0.6

I should have done better, but it was a struggle this week to do as well as I did. I went to a restaurant a couple of times and also went to a BBQ where I could have really done some damage, but I was good. I am really glad that restaurants put the calorie amounts on the menu now.

My special thanks to WWDIEHARD who encouraged me yesterday when I was struggling to avoid some binge eating!

I really need to work on exercising more. emoticon
