I've been using the Nutrition Tracker for a while now. I enter what I plan on eating early in the day and then check it off as I go. Lately, I've been finding I have to add more than I had originally planned because I need to get my caloric intake up for the day. That's a new one for me! And I haven't been as hungry during the day, so I find myself having to remind myself to eat. There are days when that's not the3 case, but I never expected to write anything remotely like that. Now I can pass up that half finished bowl of ice cream of my son's because he's tired of it and doesn't want to finish it. Yeah for lifestyle changes that take hold!
