Weekly Weigh In #15 2011-May-31

Guess I forgot to do my weekly update last week. Oh well. I don’t think my weight changed all that much since it was that TOM. I usually gain a couple of pounds.

This week - 198.4. So down 1.6 from last weigh in. Yippee. Except I’ve been to 198 before, and have only passed it once, and then I go back up to 200…which IS ANNOYING.

I’ve got to make it to 195. This is annoying me. I have gotten smaller, my clothes do fit better, but I’m not seeing the results I want to see. It’s my fault of course, either not exercising or not eating the healthiest options. Yes, going slowly is my method, but it seems like it’s taking forever. I should be farther by now…

I just need to make better choices. I can do this.
