Wow, it does NOT feel like a Wednesday. It's still early but so far it's been a really good day! I have the day off from work and so once I got my daughter on the bus and off to school I slipped on my sneakers and got on the e-trainer for a little bit. It felt great to get my workout in before it got hot & humid outside! emoticon I only did 15 minutes & 3/4 mile but it's a start. My goal is to do 10 minutes a day, 5 days a week to get myself back into the habit of working out and so far it's going great. emoticon

I'm in my second week of the StressBuster challenge too and it's going okay... I get stressed easily, am a bit of a worrywart, so I'm trying to find ways to change that. I've been finding more time to relax with my knitting and I'm finding that just getting daily physical exercise helps. I feel better after accomplishing even just a 10 minute workout. emoticon

I'm still working on making healthier food choices... for me, this is harder than pushing myself to workout every day. I just made my grocery list for the week and when we go shopping tomorrow I'm going to pick up some ground turkey and make turkey burgers for the first time (I'm a burger lover so I need to find a healthy substitute). I'm excited about it, still thinking of ways to flavor them though so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. emoticon emoticon

    I love turkey burgers! I opt for thinner buns too or try pita pockets, with lettuce, tomato's, or whatever you like on regular burgers. I love honey mustard on mine! emoticon emoticon

    I love turkey burgers!! U can add a slice of avacado, tomato, lettuce and cheese. I have it on a multigrain bun. I like them better than beef!! I don't t eat much beef anymore. I hope u like the turkey burgers. Once u start eating turkey burger, u won't t want the high fat and calorie beef!! I hope u like it!! Let me know what u think!! Hugs, Angie

    When you go for the burgers, I've also found that the thinner buns are great. I'm in it for the meat (hot off the grill) and condiments. There are some great favor combinations on the spark recipes.
