Day 3 - The Good
- Met my daily goals for carbs, fat, sodium, and protein.
- Took a multivitamin.
- Went to the gym for a cardio workout.
- Declined several offers of junk food at work.
Day 3 - The Bad
- Didn't track my water at all.
- Went over my calories (only by about 100 cals)
- Didn't manage to go to bed early like I'd planned, and therefore...
- ...Didn't wake up early.
