Day 4 Recap

Day 4 - The Good
- Met my daily goals for calories, sodium (what a miracle), carbs, and fat.
- Did not go over my goals in any category.
- My skin seems more clear (less break-outs), and I don't feel like I'm craving snacks as much.
- Took a multivitamin.

Day 4 - The Bad
- Only drank 4 glasses of water.
- Didn't complete any strength training as I had planned.
- Was so consumed with depression over finances and husband's illness, I cried for hours when I got home from work - literally hours.
