Some Good, Some Bad ....

Slept well last night. Still took awhile to fall asleep. Went to bed around 1AM; woke up around two. Fell back to sleep fast and slept like a log for over 4 hours until around 6:20. I couldn't believe it. I'm usually a light sleeper and wake up at the slightest sounds but I never even heard my husband or my son getting up for work. One thing I did do different last night was I decided not to watch TV. I'll have to try that again tonight. That was the good thing. The bad thing was the headache I got around just before supper. Still have it so I'm turning in earlier tonight. The other thing was I had a blood sugar slump (or something) after lunch. Sat down and fell asleep for about a half hour. Anyway, the main thing is I planned ahead for what I would eat today. Everything was nutritious no empty calorie foods. I ate only what was in my plan. I still have snacks to eat but I don't think I'm going to get to them. And I had about 118 grams of protein. I'm turning in now. Good Night. I hope this headache goes away.
