a hot day

It's going to be a hot, muggy day today. One of those days where it takes everything in you to find that motivation to work out. So how do you do it?

I think I'll take it easy today and go for a simple walk in the evening. emoticon

    I get up at 6:00am and workout. It's not hot yet and the house is quiet. Sometimes time alone isn't all that bad.
