Yesterday was a real OOOOPS Day!

So darn hot yesterday. I didn't plan well for dinner, didn't want to cook. Same old excuses I always have used! Hubby says he will pick up some dinner asks what do you want. I say I don't know, I don't care! Well he brings home some of my favorites and they are bad! Boneless oriental wings, macaroni and cheese, and mozzarella sticks! Yup I ate it and then ate an icecream sandwich! Then felt like crap! Didn't come on and log my food last night! I logged it today and boy was I over my calories! If I don't have a loss this week, it is my own fault! Didn't give up I am back on track today! I hope I don't have another ooops day for a long long time! emoticon

    Opps days, ah I know them well. My DH always wants to eat out and it is playing havoc on my plan. I try to make good choices but it isn't working. Now once in awhile things happen and you held yourself accountable. That is smart. You are back on track and that is great!
