Took a Little Detour Today

I fell asleep early last night without pre planning. Bad Idea but it didn't turn out too bad. I went a little over on fats but only by 9 grams. Only got 74 grams of protein and 126 grams of carbs minus the fiber of 21 grams is really only 105. And what about processed food? Did I go there? Yes! I had some chips and dip. That's why the fat grams were over. So, maybe I should feel guilty but I don't. I do feel guilty about not exercising today. It was so hot here. I didn't even want to venture outside to do any gardening or walking. It was kind of hot in the house too because we didn't put the air conditioner in yet. So the most productive thing I did was go to a seminar about how to get a better job ( it was cool in the car and at the seminar at least). After that I hung out in my basement and surfed the web for a couple hours. It was nice and cool down there.
