BL Summer Slimdown Challenge

In 11 weeks, I hope to accomplish at least a 10 pound weight loss, a habit of regular cardio exercise and strength training and daily water intake. I know the biggest struggle will be drinking the water and exercising regularly, but at 10 minutes a day, I believe I can build up to a regular routine.
Looking forward to this challenge and the loss of weight I know will result. Let's Go!
