Getting back on track paid off!

I am pleased to say even with another OOOPS day this past week, I managed to lose 2 lbs. So far in the 4 weeks, since I came back to SP I have lost 16 lbs.! Now I ask myself why did I ever leave? I truly have no answers! I could make a lot of excuses, I am good at that, but I won't! All I can say is I am glad I am on SP and back on track!
I have not had a lot of time for the groups I have joined and I am going to make a commitment to try to go to those groups more this week! I am going to track my food before I eat it and not after, to hopefully prevent another OOOPS day! I am going to be more active!

    emoticon on your weight loss this week! 2# is a very healthy weight loss. You recovered nicely from your Thursday eating (I had a bad eating day that day, too). Good going on getting yourself right back on track!
