This is officially a pain in the back. Or more accurately, a pain in the left hip at the back juncture. It's time for the heating pad and a tennis ball. It's time for pain meds. It's time to get rid of the weight that makes a frequent visitor to my life! and not a very welcome visitor, either. So I will baby my back today - and not with baby back ribs. With reasonable eating, selective exercise, and using a tip another Sparker gave (waiting 10 minutes before deciding to eat that delicious food item) I should be back to doing regular exercise in no time. If only I can keep myself from getting carried away again!
