Well, I totally blew it this weekend! Friday was the worst and I had it planned out so well. but after I ate that pizza and diet iced tea I was craving for junk and gave in. So that day I went waaaaaay over the limit. Saturday I did so so but ended up eating junk food again. I should say overeating junk food. Then for Sunday, today, I didn't pre plan and I ended up eating to many carbs and eating gluten foods which I think is the thing that causes me to have cravings. Starting tomorrow I plan on sort of detoxing. For the next couple of days I will only have chicken and fish and lots of veggies and only whole grain rice, millet and quinoa, and fruit and nuts.
