It was yesterday, I think. I've been here a year, lost the 12 pounds I set out to lose, and met some wonderful, motivating SparkFriends. What now?

First, I love your new picture. Next, maintain this wonderful achievment and keep cheering us on. You have been a wonderful motivator for me. I have enjoyed travelling this road with you dear friend. Hugs, Marcia

I think the maintaining is just as hard as the losing from what I have heard! Keep sparking no matter what! Congrats on a successful one year here at SP! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Now comes the hard part at least for me, maintaining. i will soon celebrate my 2nd anniversary and I have lost 80 pounds. But what is great is I have kept it off for a year now. I know if I want to continue to keep it off I have to keep recording my calories, and exercise and keep up with all the nice friends I have met here.

Celebrate your success. Continue doing all the things you learned so you will never have to lose weight again. God Job

You have done great this past year. I've felt privileged to be able to keep up with your posts.

Next, you can keep our team (esp. me) on the track you have been on. Since my anniversary I have not been successful, actually terrible. I don't see you doing the same.
