OK realistically...

I cannot track my food today. I know I have had two weeks of eating just about anything, but I am going to PF Chang's for Fathers' day tonight, and I haven't been there in about 3 years. So, I am going to eat everything I want tonight.

I DID just go for a walk and do a mini lower-body workout. Tomorrow will be a normal day when I can track and stay within my calories. But today, I am choosing to eat anything my heart desires tonight (though I will say "no" to dessert- that's just pushing it!).

    I do the same think at time....
    We had a weekend away for our business AGM and although I stayed eating healthy I was over my calories on both days and it was all good....
    Am off to a wedding this weekend at the other end of our country and I will eat as healthy as I can but not going to stress if I am over going to enjoy.....

    Tomorrow is another day and I am sure you can get back into it all again

    Enjoy! Part of changing your lifestyle (not dieting) is being able to have your moments-of-splurge that are controlled and reasonably infrequent. When you have that understanding, you will succeed.
