I moved my weight loss ticker after a looong plataeu. I refused to move it up (and it did go up) so it sat at 152.2 for almost two years. (How can that be!) Today I got on the scale, cringed, and saw 151! Yahhhhh! I started a modified version of the Dukan diet a few days ago. I say modified because I am a vegetarian, so I can't do the pure protein thing, so I guess my version is a low fat, high vegetarian protein, low carb, with some red wine thrown in for good measure (don't tell). I also started my marathon training yesterday (4 miles).
To be at a normal BMI for my height, my weight needs to be under 150lbs. ALMOST THERE.
