Mannnnn!!! There is a lot of energy in my body!!! Let´s work on that!!!
1 kg = 7700 calories
1 pound = 3500 calories
So, basically, I need to lose 92.400 calories!
Some people say it´s simple to lose weight. All you have to do is to spend more calories than you eat. I believe there is a little more to it. I know for sure that I should have a balanced diet to be healthy, but SP helps me to keep track of that! So it´s good to have an idea of how many calories are in the way of my current me and my goal me!!!
In rest I spend 1500 calories a day, and I try to spend around 500 calories exercising. So if I don´t eat more than my 1500 calories, I will have 500 calories on my side per day. So it will take 185 days in that pace. That´s around 27 weeks or 6 months!!
Can I do it?? :D
