One small step

My small step today was waking up a little bit early and working out for 40 minutes. It has been a long time since I did that and it made me feel good. I also made very healthy lunch choices.
I won't lie, I've been down. Sleeping too much. Eating junk. Not working out. And gaining weight. Therefore, I'm heavy, I look bad, my clothes don't fit, and I'm depressed.
I want to turn it around. I want to feel better and live healthier. I feel like it is such a large change to make, but I still want it. That fire gives me hope that I will change my habits for the better.
