Hey everyone! Sorry to be MIA for awhile. I'm not sure how often I will be able to check in. We have a lot going on this summer. Aydan has started a daycamp for the next 5 weeks and so far is loving it! YAY!
I've also been very stressed with other things. Nothing I can really talk about. I just need to figure a way to get rid of the stress. I just get so irritated with people who think they are better than anyone else and how things get blown out of proportion and then you get treated like s***. I am looking into ways to get rid of this stress, but none of my options are panning out.

    I know it sounds stupid but yoga does help with stress. So does just quiet time and deep breathing. I pray that things get better for you soon!

    I have a niece with a son that is autistic. It is stressful for sure. Things I do for stress are yoga, running, a walk along the beach or a nice hot bath. Hope my ideas are helpful or you come up with something that works for you.
