The Long Holiday Week End

So what are your plans for the long week end...
Do you plan what your going to do to keep you on your plan or do you just say "hey its a holidays and I deserve to spurge"...
Do you plan your exercise or just hope you get inspired to move your body....
as for me, I plan plan plan.....

I'm taking a veggie tray to a BBQ and chicken sausage for my meat...I plan on walking each morning for at least 60 minutes..and find someone to walk with me after dinner ....my sweet treat is watermelon, it's going to be very hot here so I can drink a lot of water.....
I also plan on relaxing and enjoying people around me....I won't bring up that I'm eating healthy or anything that makes people a bit uncomfortable when I say no thank you to the "just try this, it's to die for" I want to say if I eat that way I will die...

So lets all have a great long week end, think before you eat, make the healthiest choices possible and have fun too.....
