I have been doing better with tracking my food recently. But I am most proud that I actually completed most of my strength exercises for today. I actually felt better after doing that. I read in the Spark Book, you can't improved something you don't respect. I think part of my problem is I haven't respected myself enough to make the changes I need to make. This has been an ahaaa moment for me. I wouldn't treat a friend the way I treat myself, it is definitely time to make the healthy change.
