I forget how great I feel when I run/walk. I mean not during it..I'm pretty much trying not to die. But after...the post run glow sticks around all day long!

Yeah I'm only on week 3 of the C25K training and I only run for 3 minutes at a time, but hey, running is running, even if it's more of a shuffle!!

The BEST news is that my stress fracture from the fall is giving me NO problems at all...NONE. I'm so excited. Also, my shin splints aren't giving me problems. Wow, who is this injury free person??

A friend of mine just got below 200...I know I have a ways to go to get there...but I am GOING TO GET THERE. My goal is to be there by Halloween!!

Yikes, that is kind of a big goal. Wow.
