going well

well i jumped on the scale to see it say 285.6 today, so that's great.. but i was the same weight just over a week ago .. its a constant thing with me.. lose 7 gain 7 loose 7.. never changing :( all i can do is stick to it and hope to see results this time next week.

i have a dr appoint next fri and will talk to the dr about what is happening, as it could be my thyroid again, i am having bloods taken tomorrow so the dr will know my results when i see her.

then out of depression i think .. i had a health breakfast of one egg on toast small serving of cheese and some lemon water.,... but i then had 4 ( i think ) slices of bread with butter on them.. why??? no idea.. cause i liked it. have to start really trying to eat only what i am supposed to and now habit eating.

on a side note i think SP needs to add the Manx flag to their flag emoticons :) here is one behind my head in this pic :)

    I do the same thing I will 5 of something ,knowing I only needed one, but then I start feeling guilty and I need to stop that but not sure how. Good luck on weighing in next week. emoticon
