Motivation after a tough day

After I have a rough day I just start fresh the next day. I try not to bring it to the next day. My problem is working out. Lately I have had no energy to do anything. With the heat and having 10 kids on some days I am worn out. And now it seems to have the stomach bug in our house yet again. 4th time for my son first for me and my daughter. I try to get out side as much as possible with the kids every day. Walk whenever possible. I have a bad eating day I try to eat more fruits and veggies throughout the day. Each meal has to have 1 fruit and 1 veggies except breakfast. And snacks are fruit or veggies. If I have a REALLY bad day a good walk after work or the gym ALWAYs helps me.
