I love the sound of running water:


This is the challenge that makes the first running interval so hard...yep, I go up it. I haven't yet worked up the courage to run down it:

Terri, this is the spot that makes me think of you:


This little fellow sometimes greets me as I go up or are coming down from the trail. He/she is very affectionate and has the softest fur ever.
