The challenge was to take a picture of two meals and upload them...i forgot to photograph the wonderful bacon and organic fresh eggs and fruit I had for breakfast!! It was so nicely arranged on the plate and I just went at it!!
Bacon and eggs aren't actually the devil by the way...160 calories for 4 pieces of bacon...160 calories for 2 fresh eggs, and 80 for an apple...it's a very good protein packed breakfast and kept me full to 2pm!!
This steak...ok yeah it's a huge steak! Never fear, I cut it in half and will have the other half for lunch tomorrow!
The salad is all fresh organic veggies from our CSA!! So DANG GOOD!!
