10 Minutes of Exercise

I was inspired by Chris' goal he set for himself to do 10 minutes of exercise first thing every morning. I decided I am going to do that. I will do my push ups and sit ups on arising. I even joined the 10 Minute Challenge and started a streak. And I like how he said just that little bit of exercise gave him more energy throughout the whole day. I'm not a morning person and I find myself often dilly dallying away the time until I finally get moving. I am hoping this will energize me and help me to be more focused. I also suffer from anxiety and shyness and hopefully this will also give me more confidence. Thank you Spark Guy!
