and yet again i am up

GRRR i am sooo getting fed up with this. after working out on my zumba two days in a row, and watching what i am eating i step on the scale to see 292.2 !!! thats over 7 lbs in like 3 days.. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
hhhhhh

half a stone when i am watching what i eat and working out, drinking water , and taking my pills .
what the heck is going on with me?

so i did my measurements, which are down but the last time i did them was 2009. i think i was 330 when i did them. so i have lost 37 lbs since then.

i am really at my witts end. i am on medication that is ment to absorb 50% of the fat i eat.. so that with the fact i have eating low fat foods alone should have shifted some weight before you even take into account the exercise.

but if i go to the dr he will just see a fat woman complains she cant loose weight..
i am at my witts end.

really down today
