It's been a week already?

I guess so. That means another week's gone by without me paying a single shred of attention to what I eat, or to exercise. Feeling kind of hopeless, but today I tracked breakfast and did some blogilates, and I'm sure to throw in some crazy dancing while I clean the house in a bit (to get that heart rate up there). Summer's just such a busy time for me, and I'd rather eat all the delicious things that are put in front of me (all at once) and not work out at all (cause sweating's gross). But I also want the body that I know I can have. I'm not so much interested in losing weight anymore; God kind of opened my eyes to the fact that my desire isn't to get skinnier, it's just to get rid of the extra fat I've got hanging around. I can work with that. But what I can't work with is this laziness. Ugh.

Thanks for all your comments in my last post, guys. You're all really encouraging, and I'm going to work more on taking those words to heart.

Hey lady!! Let's get this thing moving!! I know exactly how you feel and what you describe in your blog sounds much like how I feel quite alot of the time. I like to eat and sweating used to be really gross to me lol. Then one day recently my dh told me that he likes to see me sweaty, it's sexy and I've been looking at it a different way ever since. Yeah it's still kind of gross(I was raised to believe that sweating is gross in a family of females lol), but to me it's worth it to get the body I want(one that's not obese and ready to break down at the thought of a 2 mile walk). I fell off the wagon and gained back almost 10 lbs over the last month because I stopped logging and started eating everything in sight. Today is my first day of a 40 day challenge to Kick the Crap, so I'll be on every day for the most part if you need/want some daily support. I know it's summer and busy, but things should calm down soon as the weather cools down and I hope to see you more! We can do this! Just Keep Going!!
