I need to lose at least 36 lbs pretty bad,Im affraid Im going to get diabetes or something Im 37 and in good health If anyone has any Ideas please let me know

    5 freggies a day... 8 8oz glasses of water a day... find something YOU love to do outdoors and DO IT emoticon And like MOMTO2TOO said.. you will begin to feel better in a week or two and that kind of motivation will take you to the next step

    Spark tells you how. All you have to do is follow it ....Which is my problem! LOL I lost a good amount last year and then lost my mojo and so now I'm back and regaining it slowly.... Unfortunately I am right back up to where I was before..Almost anyway! emoticon

    Follow the directions for Fast Track and Stage 1 to get started with SparkPeople. I'm finding it amazingly motivational, and, after only a week and a day, I'm honestly feeling much better. I'm excercising more, so more endorphins are kicking in. I'm making sure I track all of my food as the day goes on so that I know what/how much to eat. Checking in often is keeping me focused and excited about the program. If I can do it, you can, too! Good luck!
