Follow the directions for Fast Track and Stage 1 to get started with SparkPeople. I'm finding it amazingly motivational, and, after only a week and a day, I'm honestly feeling much better. I'm excercising more, so more endorphins are kicking in. I'm making sure I track all of my food as the day goes on so that I know what/how much to eat.
