Little steps with rewards along the way

I am borrowing and idea I saw on another page:

Setting rewards for myself on each little goal I reach!

180 - new bra !
175 - outfit for Las Vegas / Zion Nat'l Park
170 - spa treat
165 - purchase tickets to Maui
160 - new outfit ! (so need new clothes)
155 - pedicure (way fun)

    Thank you, Mottamamalou & Madgab76! It was hard for me to come up with "NON FOOD" rewards, and on paper 5 pounds doesn't look like enough to earn a reward.....BUT, when it comes to loosing is a very big deal!
