How can I teach myself to sit up straighter? To drink more water? To stay positive?

Sorry so many what ifs? I am trying to be in the best shape mentally and physically. Any ideas on the best ways to do some of these things.

    I agree - focus on one or two things at a time. Otherwise it's too much, you get too distracted and there's no consistency.

    Start with one or two things at a time and make it a habit and move on to the next. It takes more time but I find I get bogged down if I try to make too many changes at once.
