Nothing Changes Unless I Do

On June 27th I was on the second week of a Spark Challenge and weighed 161.7, on my way down the scale towards my goal.

Today I weigh 164.2.

There is absolutely nothing to be said about that, that hasn't been said a million times before.

Something has to change.

    emoticon Are you keeping the food tracker i have found keeping it honestly is the best tool here and to make it easier i go to the search click on enter food manually then when that comes up i put like 60 calories tootsie roll pop then go down to first line put in 60 and click save so anytime i eat a tootsie roll pop i go to favorites look under 60 and bingo once you get your foods that you eat most often in its about a 5 minute job for the day ! IF I CAN HELP IN ANYWAY I AM HERE DAILY ! emoticon
