Weight Loss Goals

1) Complete 1,000 fitness minutes
2) Participate in a group class at the gym
3) Create an at home workout

Personal Goals

1) Work on a synopsis for a novel
2) Read my bible 3 times a week
3) Do a room purge and donate appropriate items

I know I can accomplish this and more this month ... 30 days until my birthday, so let's get it done!!
