Day 1 - Done!

Well that was a little bit easier than I thought. I'm nowhere near the end of this journey but one step at a time I can certainly make it. I stayed within my limits yesterday, only went over the fat by 2g which in the big picture is not bad at all!. Biggest challenge? I had a date with hubby last night and the plan was to go to the movies. Of course my favourite part of the movies is getting a large popcorn with lots of butter halfway and on top. I shudder to think the caloric count of that. BUT..........I treated myself to a yogenfruz frozen yogourt instead. And I didn't even feel the need to popcorn.

I am positive the nutritional tracker will be one of the biggest keys to my success. Once you stick what you're going to eat in there you realize that it just is not worth it. I even managed 8 glasses of water!

    Sunshine, you aced day #1!!! I'm so proud of you. You know the hardest part is "just doing it". You have taken that important step to taking charge of your own health & will see what a difference in yours & your loved ones lives you have made.

    BTW --thanks for posting on my blog. Yes those #s were frightening, but I take them as a blessing. If I hadn't had such a negative report then I would not be doing what I am now to take care of me!
